Kevin GlasbrennerKevin Lee Glasbrenner, age 59 of Fennimore passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, December 22, 2014.  Kevin was born December 17, 1955 at Scott Air Force Base, Mascouta, IL, the son of James and Donna (Feakes) Glasbrenner.

Kevin was the son of a military father and spent his childhood traveling the world with his family.  As a child, he loved playing baseball and judo and continued to be an avid baseball fan and football fan.  Kevin served his country in the United States Navy for three years.  He loved life, family, fishing (not catching any), golfing, bowling, reading and sitting on the deck visiting with friends and family.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Sara Glasbrenner of Fennimore, three daughters; Greta (Pete) Fishnick, of Lancaster, Hanni (Jeremy) Bahls of Prairie du Chien, and Allie (Travis) Harris of Boscobel, three step-children; Rachel (Trever) Wetter of Mt. Horeb, Adam (Dawn) Hanson of Mundelein, IL, and Bryce Hanson of Fennimore, his beloved dog Chewy, six grandchildren; Tyler Fishnick, Trason Fishnick, Lily Wetter, Halena Hanson, Tavin Fishnick, and Easton Harris, his mother Donna (Feakes) Glasbrenner of Boscobel, two sisters; Debbie (Randy) Udelhoven of Fennimore and Deanna (Jim) Ashmore of Fennimore, along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father James Gordon Glasbrenner and grandchild Nolan Fishnick.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Castle Rock Lutheran Church in Hickory Grove Twsp., Grant Co., WI with burial of his cremated remains to be held at a later date.  Pastor Kathy Jacobson will be officiating.  A visitation will be held from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Friday evening Dec. 26, 2014 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at the church on Saturday afternoon.  A gathering to celebrate Kevin’s life will be held at the Hilltop in Fennimore immediately following the service.
